Delete your Basketball League account

This page is for anyone who wants their account and data deleted. You do not need to install the app or sign in to use it.

Fastest: delete it in the app

Open Basketball League and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account (under Legal).
Type your username to confirm (and your password, if your account has one), then tap Delete my account.

The deletion happens immediately.

Ask us to delete it by email. We respond within 30 days.

Include whichever of these applies, so we can find the account:

Email account: the email address on the account (send from that address if you can).
Google account: the Google email you signed in with.
Guest who bought coins: the Google Play order number from your receipt (it looks like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567). Purchases made before we started keeping order numbers may need extra details, such as the purchase date and amount.
Username or player ID, if you know it.

We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours.

Guest accounts (no email or Google sign-in) that have never bought coins and have not been opened for 360 days are deleted automatically.

Your profile and username
Sign-in sessions and your sign-in details
Push notification tokens and web-push subscriptions
Friends and friend requests
Your careers and everything in them, your coins and items, your Park rating and history, and your squads
Rewarded-ad records
Data saved on your phone, when you delete from the app

Coin purchase record: the Google Play purchase token, product, amount, date and order number. It carries no name, email or account link once your account is deleted. We keep it so a purchase can never be credited twice and for accounting.
Diagnostics lose their link to your account when it is deleted, and expire after 14 days.
Backups are kept for up to 14 days, so a deleted account can remain in a backup until then.
A league that other people play in carries on without you: another member becomes commissioner and your team goes back to the computer.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
